Dr. Seema Narera General Manager - Supply Chain at Tata Starbucks

Dr. Simi Narera is also known as Dr. Supply Chain in the industry circle because of her specialization in philosophy of Supply Chain. She is an Engineer, MBA from XLRI and a doctor of Naturopathy. She has 13 years of rich industry experience in Fortune 100 companies like CSC, Aditya Birla Group and Unilever. Currently she is working as GM Supply Chain for TATA Startbucks. On a personal front, Dr Seema has a vast background in eastern philosophy. She is trained in Zen and Taoism from Tao Zen Dojo and certified in Jeet Kune Do, Art and philosophy of Bruce Lee from Asian center of JKD. She has spent more than 7 years in the study of eastern philosophies and stress management.

She holds third degree blackbelt in martial arts, testimony to her serious study of mind, body and spirit, besides being a national level badminton player and mountaineer. She is called all over to lecture on application of philosophy to supply chain management for improving work and process efficiency.
