He is a certified Auditor and Implementor of ISO 31000 – Risk Management recognized by KPMG. He has helped various teams and organisations audit their risk management methodologies and was instrumental in fixing many gaps. He is an MBA graduate with majors in Marketing and Operations. His professional career includes notable experience from pioneering organisations such as Cisco Systems, Vodafone, Mindtree, Wipro Technologies and Mahindra Satyam. He started his career as Knowledge Manager, for one of the biggest verticals of Mahindra Satyam. He has been part of various transformational projects targeted to improve Customer Satisfaction and Knowledge Management.

His notable achievements include being the only Indian KM expert to publish knowledge article in Community of Knowledge, Berlin, Germany and first prize for Analytical Writing on, “Innovations & Imitations”, in an inter-college festival. He believes every citizen should know and contribute to United Nation’s Millennium Development Goals (MDG) and towards India’s Sustainability Policy.
