Brigadier Sushil Bhasin is a Master Trainer, Transformational Coach, and Keynote Speaker. He is passionate about making a difference. He loves achieving and contributing to outcome-focused results.
His greatest happiness stems from making people’s lives easier, happier, and more meaningful. He achieves this by motivating and charging audience – be it from corporate, education or organisations of sorts. He empowers his learners through transformational seminars, keynotes in conferences, customized indoor sessions, energizing outbound programs, and insightful one-to-one personalized coaching.
During his 34 years in the army, Brigadier Bhasin was endowed with a rich and varied training experience in varying terrains and different pedagogies. He also served as the Chairman of Army Public School, Bareilly from 2002-2004. During this tenure, he developed a great passion for education and fell in love with developing children.
Taking his insights and passion to the next level, he took a conscious decision to hang up his uniform and step out of the army life. Having found his purpose of life at 54, he decided to help youth to discover their purpose of life earlier. Extreme passion, innovation, creativity, and a deep sense of involvement in customized pre and post work have been his secret weapons.
Brigadier Bhasin has had the privilege of conducting training overseas in corporate as well as education field in USA, Singapore, Philippines, Kuwait and Muscat.
His signature seminar Train the Super Trainer, (TTST) has touched the lives of 1,000+ aspiring trainers across Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, and Hyderabad. His mission is to groom and develop 5 national level trainers by December 31, 2021.
Brigadier Bhasin’s first book ‘Design Your Life’ has been an amazing success across the world. He lives in Mumbai, India. Loves technology and at the age of 66, when most of the granddads shun technology, he endorses by personal example. Result-focused, Energetic, and Knowledgeable best describe him. He lives by the quote of Buckminster Fuller, “Your Life does not belong to you. It belongs to the Universe.” And he likes to spell it as ‘Youniverse’.
