Neelam has over 17+ years of Working experience in Automobile Domain with Tata Motors, M&M Ltd , John Deere & Currently with Cummins India Ltd. She has taken up various roles in her career in Program Management , New Product Development, Strategic Sourcing , Manufacturing and Purchasing. Currently she is India ABO Leader for Purchasing Functional Excellence at Cummins India Ltd. She is a Mechanical Engineer and completed her executive education from IIM Lucknow.

Neelam has been an Active Project Management Professional ( PMP) since 2010 and Speaker at National Project Management Conferences. She is also Certified Value Management Associate (VMA) from SAVE International in the area of VAVE.

Neelam has two white paper published in the field of Project Management in the National Project Management Conferences. She is also an active SWE member ( Society of Women Engineers ).
