Sundar Narasimhan Sr.VP & Head Supply Chain Management at Neuland Laboratories Limited

Sundar Narsimhan is a Mechanical Engineer from TCE, Madurai and has a Master’s in finance from IFMR, Chennai. Commencing his career with Greaves Cotton, Chennai Sundar has 31 years’ experience in Operations Management with an emphasis on Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing. He served at various capacities in Greaves, AVT Group, Brakes India Limited, Gautier at KK Birla Group. Sundar currently serves as Sr. VP & Head, Supply Chain Management at Neuland Laboratories Limited, Hyderabad for over a decade now. Prior to this role, he served as Head – Sourcing and Logistics with Parryware and as Regional Operations Head at TI Cycles of India, Ambattur – both Murugappa Group Companies.

A passionate Supply Chain Professional, Sundar has a lifetime C.P.M. Certification from ISM, USA and Grad.MLS-SCM from ITC Geneva both acquired through IIMM, Chennai.

He is a Certified TOC Professional and considers his fortune to have been coached by management leaders as Dr. Gopal Valecha, Dr. Venkat Ramaswamy (Value Co-Creation) and currently by Dr. Swaran Sehgal. Sundar is currently pursuing Ph.D. in the area of Negotiation as Social Exchange.

Awards – “Best Young Manager 2001” by Madras Management Association (MMA), Chennai and “Best Supply Chain Manager of the Year” 2010 by IIMM, Chennai.

Sundar has been associated with IIMM, Chennai as its EC Member and Trainer upto 2006.
